A true serial entrepreneur, Guy started his business career as a partner in the operation of a ski resort while he was still in university. After co-owning the hair salon chain Vag, he began accumulating experience in a large corporation at UAP/NAPA where he was Vice-President, Corporate Stores. He then joined the network of franchised collision repair shops Fix Auto, which he acquired with a partner in a management buyout in 2002.
During the nine years he headed the company, Fix Auto enjoyed more than 330% growth in its Canadian sales alone and an increased international profile. As well, the average sales per franchise were multiplied by 2.5 times during the same period.
Over the years, Guy gained solid experience in distribution, as well as in franchise and network management, in addition to being recognized for his strong leadership skills.
